He works to manage inflammation, pain and joint destruction in patients in New Hartford, NY and the surrounding Mohawk Valley.

We offer treatment in the forms of over-the-counter medications, injectable medications, and infusion of medications. We have a state-of-the-art infusion suite where patients can receive intravenous infusions in a personal, private setting. Dr. Morell also helps patients with balance issues resulting from rheumatological issues, preventing falls that can cause serious damage. Patients of ours are often able to come in for same-day appointments, and new patients are scheduled within a few weeks. You will find very short waiting room times.

Dr. Martin Morell
Dr. Morell opened his office, Arthritis Specialists, to offer patients the best care available of their arthritis/rheumatologic needs. There is a lack of rheumatologists in the country, and he saw a need for this care in the Mohawk Valley. He was the Director of the Sitrin Healthcare Fibromyalgia Clinic. In 2006, Dr. Morell was appointed the official Rheumatologist for the New York State Correctional Departments Telemed Clinic, a unique program that is telemed-based to better manage the inmate population’s medical needs.
His practice has been awarded the Patient’s Choice Award in 2010 and 2012, Outstanding Patient Health Education from Patient Point in 2015, and one of America’s Best Physicians in 2017 and 2018 by the National Consumer Advisory Board. Dr. Morell has also written a book, available on Amazon and in the office, about fibromyalgia, called Fibromyalgia – Unification Theory; Connecting the Dots.
